We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. It was very convenient for exploring the city.

More specific information (in English) about how to find the hotel from the main (Sendai) station, which exit to take, and details about whether it was within walking distance or not. I had to figure this out myself on arrival, which was a little difficult since the information office at the station was closed for the night. Maps outside the station showed location, but it was not easy to figure out the distance or walkability.

The hotel was conveniently located near transportation and stores, making it easy to get around this city. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the staff was very helpful during my stay.

Spent Xmas at a sparkling and newly renovated hotel, only a short walk from the train station and a convenience store right around the corner. The breakfast was tasty with a great Japanese selection. The rooms were well-decorated and had a calm and cosy atmosphere with comfortable beds.

Had a great Thanksgiving vacation at this hotel! the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were two complementary facts offered that made the stay even better. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some nice amenities.

The breakfast options were limited and got a bit repetitive. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with some of the staff.
